- Use 540 ml White rice
- You need 4 servings Premade chirashi sushi seasoning
- You need 1 Shrimp, whelk, flying fish roe
- You need 1 egg Kinshi tamago (finely shredded thin omelette)
- Prepare 1 Salmon flakes (readymade)
- Take 1 sheet Toasted nori seaweed
