The ingredients needed to make Banana, Walnut and Blueberry loaf:
- Provide 100 g softened butter plus a little extra for greasing
- Take 140 g caster sugar
- Take 1 beaten egg
- Provide 225 g plain flour
- Take 2 tsp baking powder
- Take 3 very ripe bananas
- You need 80 g chopped walnuts
