- Prepare 500 g icing sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp CMC
- You need 2 tbsp glucose
- You need 1 tbsp glycerin
- Take 1 tbsp gelatin

Instructions to make Fondant Icing:
- Sift the icing sugar, add CMC, mix together and set aside.
