  1. Provide 350 grams Beef (shoulder)
  2. Provide 1/2 Onion
  3. Use 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  4. Use 2 tbsp Sake
  5. You need 3 cm Wasabi paste
  6. Prepare 1 cm Garlic (tube type)

  1. Grate the onion and mix with the seasonings. Cut the fat off of the meat and slice diagonally.
