- Use 750 g icing sugar
- Provide 30 ml Golden syrup
- Prepare 30 ml lemon juice
- Get 11/2 tbs Gelatin
- Provide 30 ml water

- Provide 1 tbs glcerine

- You should knead pushing the fondant infront for it to stretch well…cover your fondant with cling film or in a ziplock bag
