The ingredients needed to prepare Biscuit Cake :):
  1. Prepare 1 pack choclate biscuits
  2. Use 1 pack plain glucose biscuits
  3. Provide 2 tsp Baking Powder
  4. Prepare 2 tsp baking soda
  5. Prepare 1 Sugar (Optional)
  6. Prepare 1 Milk as required
  7. You need 1 oil for greasing
Steps to make Biscuit Cake :):
  1. Break the biscuits into pieces and put it a mixer to make it powdery
  2. Add milk to the seperate mixes and mix until no lumps remain
  3. Add sugar if you like (although I didnt since the biscuits were quite sweet)
  4. Mix the batter until fluffy, Add Baking powder and baking soda into the two mixes 1 teaspoon each
  5. Now grease a cake tin with some oil, add batters by alternating between the two
  6. Heat a cooker for sometime on the gas, put in a stand and put cake tin in it on slow flame
  7. Cover with the cooker cover without the whistle
  8. Let it cook on slow till 45 minutes
  9. Enjoy ! I serve it with vanilla icecream or have it with tea
