The ingredients needed to prepare Chilled Tofu with Okra, Shiso and Ponzu Sauce:
- Prepare 1 pack Tofu (mini-3 pack, total about 300 g)
- Use 2 Okra
- Use 1 leaf Shiso leaf
- Use 1/4 Tomato
- Use 1 tbsp each Mentsuyu and ponzu
- Take 1 Bonito flakes
Instructions to make Chilled Tofu with Okra, Shiso and Ponzu Sauce:
- Boil the okra until it's cooked to your taste. Drain and drop in cold water to blanch.
- Cut the okra, shiso leaf and tomato into bite-sized pieces.
