The ingredients needed to prepare Walnut Burfi:
  1. You need 125 gms Walnut
  2. Take 1/2 cup Milk powder
  3. Use 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. You need 3/4 cup Fresh milk
  5. Prepare 4 tbsp Ghee
  6. You need 2 tsp Elaichi powder
Steps to make Walnut Burfi:
  1. Take walnuts grind it into powder. Take ghee in a kadai roast this walnut powder for 3 mins.
  2. Then add milk powder add sugar and milk. Now you just have to mix it continously so that it doesn't get burnt by sticking.
  3. Gradually it will turn semisolid then frothy then starts taking shape and stops sticking to the vessel.it will take 25 min.
  4. Transfer it into a greased mould or a box for the desired shape you want Sprinkle some crushed walnut and let it cool. After it sets down cut into pieces square or as you like.
