- Prepare 2 Banana
- You need 1/2 cup Water Chestnut Flour(singhare ka aata)
- Provide 1 cup Milk
- Get 1/4 cup Jaggery

- Grind the banana, and make puree.
- In a bowl, take puree, flour, milk, sugar, kewra extrat and make batter.
- Keep this batter aside for 15 min. Heat a pan, and pour the batter.
- Cover it and cook it, till bubbles appeared on it. Now flap it and again cook it till brown. Banana pancake is ready.
When the top of the pancakes bubble, turn over and allow to brown on other side. Prepare a hot pan, with a spot of oil or frylight. Put a ladleful into the pan, tip to spread. Ladle some batter into the pan, tilting it to move the mixture around for a thin and even layer. Cook on second side and serve!
