  1. Use 1 cup walnut
  2. Get 1 cup milk
  3. Get 1/2 cup desi ghee
  4. You need 1/2 cup sugar

  1. Soak walnuts in milk for one hour
  2. After one hour, take the soaked walnuts from the milk and blend corsly in a blender. Keep the remaining milk aside.
  3. Now take a pan add desi ghee, when the ghee is hot add the blended walnuts. And let it cook stirring constantly for ten minutes.
  4. Now add the remaining milk to the pan and cook stirring constantly for 15-20 mins
  5. When the milk evaporates add the sugar and elaichi powder and again cook stirring constantly.
  6. Cook till it starts leaving ghee on sides and dried enough.your walnut halwa is ready
  7. Take it in a serving bowl and garnish with pista powder or dryfruits.
  8. Can be stored in airtight container in fridge for a month.
