The ingredients needed to cook Watercress and Grapefruit Salad:
- Provide 1 bunch watercress
- Provide 1 Grapefruit
- You need 1/4 tsp salt
- You need 1 dash pepper
- You need 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- Peel the outer skin off the grapefruit with a knife. Insert the knife along the thin inner part of the skin and remove the fruit from the segments. Tear the fruit into bite-size pieces.
